Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
This policy explains what this website stores on your device, and what it does not.
Version 2.0 · Effective [date]
1. What we do not use
This website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising or remarketing tags, the Meta pixel, heatmaps, session-recording tools, advertising cookies or behavioural-tracking technologies.
We do not build a profile of you, and we do not use anything on this site for advertising.
2. What this website stores
The pages of this website do not set cookies of their own and do not store anything in your browser between visits.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a cookie to protect the site against malicious traffic. It carries no advertising function and is not used to identify you. We treat it as strictly necessary only where it genuinely meets that test, and we review that position rather than assuming it.
3. The booking link and the message form
Two things on this site involve another company. Neither writes to a spreadsheet, and neither tracks you.
- Booking a consultation opens Google Calendar appointment scheduling, on a Google page. Google’s own cookies and privacy terms apply while you are on that page.
- Sending a message passes it to Web3Forms, who forward it to our mailbox. You stay on this website while that happens.
Our Privacy Notice explains what we then do with the information we receive.
4. The learning platform
The online learning platform included in our packages is a separate signed-in service, not part of this website. It uses the cookies and browser storage necessary to keep a student signed in and to record their progress. Blocking those will prevent the platform from working.
Those technologies are necessary to provide the service the student has been enrolled in. They are not used for advertising.
5. Why there is no cookie banner
Consent is not required for technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for. On the basis of what this website currently uses, it does not display a cookie-consent banner.
We keep this under review, and we check it against the live site rather than against an earlier plan. If we introduce analytics or any technology that requires consent, it will not be switched on before consent is obtained, refusing will be as easy as accepting, and this policy will be updated first.
6. Browser controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and browser storage. Blocking necessary technologies may stop parts of the site or the learning platform working. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
